Meet Your Hosts
Hi, my name is Fay and I would like to give you a big warm welcome to Crogal holidays.
Crogal is a very special place and a great location where you can just chill, relax, recharge the batteries (if you need to) and enjoy the views! I first fell in love with this area when I was 11 when I stayed with my uncle and aunt who farmed Penrhyn – the farm up the lane. I decided at that young age that when I grew up, this was the area where I wanted to live and the rest is history. I have actually lived in the area for nearly 40 years and in 2018 when I had the opportunity to buy Crogal, from my aunt, it really felt that the circle was complete and I had returned home.
I have three adult songs, Morgan, Owen and Teifi (named after the river) and a passion for horse riding and walking the Welsh coastal path. During your stay at Crogal you are likely to meet my extended family so I will introduce them…
Amana: part bred Arab who is 24 years old (although in her head she is still in her prime).
Dizzy: also a part bred Arab – but she is a youngster at five years old. I have recently broken her in.
Chubbs: ginger tom cat/admin assistant.
Wolfy: red merle sheep dog, who is very friendly and full of energy!
During your stay if you have any queries or want suggestions of the best walks etc., just let me know as I only live a stone’s throw away in Perwinkle bungalow – or come and have a chat while I am playing with the horses. I look forward to welcoming you to Crogal Holidays.
